Library & Reading Hall
The Library of the Department of Political Science and International Relations is on the 1st floor of the Department.
It is a contemporary, academic library that meets successfully the information and educational requirements of an academic department that strives to excel. The library has a rich, Greek and international collection of specialized books covering the wide range of interests within the scientific disciplines of Political Science and International Relations. The Library has electronic access to numerous scientific journals through the Hellenic Academic Libraries network (HEAL-link). Users also have access to the large collection of reference books available (scientific dictionaries, encyclopedias, textbooks, foreign language dictionaries, and so on).
The Departmental library has fully automated its functions by using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology and incessantly develops its print and digital collections, whilst improving and extending the reach and range of its services.
